From Rab with Taste

Set sail from the Port of Rab aboard the spacious glass-bottom boat “Barba Šime” for a relaxed half-day cruise designed for travelers who want the magic of Zavratnica without committing to a full day at sea. As we leave the harbor, the boat glides over sparkling turquoise waters, giving you a unique view of the Adriatic seabed through the large glass panels below deck — a calm, scenic introduction to the day's adventure.

Our headline stop is the mesmerizing Zavratnica Cove, one of Croatia's most picturesque natural inlets. Nestled between steep cliffs, this fjord-like bay hides a sunken German WWII shipwreck visible beneath crystal-clear waters. Stroll along the scenic path that overlooks the wreck, take a swim in the tranquil bay, or simply soak in the views. While you explore, a freshly prepared lunch is served on board — choose from fish, meat, or a vegetarian option, paired with local flavors and a relaxed maritime atmosphere.

On the way back, we drop anchor at Pudarica Beach for a final swim break. It's the perfect spot to stretch out on deck, dive into the clear shallows, or step ashore for an optional coffee at the beach bar before we point the bow back toward Rab. As we return, enjoy a panoramic view of Rab's Old Town from the sea.
